Welcome to the Westpay Access API 2.0 Environments Page! Here, merchants can evaluate their integration and conduct user acceptance testing in our dedicated demo environment. This page provides essential information for a seamless onboarding experience onto the Westpay terminal, ensuring a high level of efficiency and reliability.

Demo Environment

Merchants are encouraged to initiate their integration journey by utilizing our demo environment. The demo environment endpoint is as follows:

In this environment, merchants can explore the functionality of the Access API 2.0, simulate transactions, and perform rigorous testing to validate their integration. It is an invaluable step towards achieving a robust and well-integrated solution.

Getting Started

Before merchants engage with the Access API 2.0 integration, it is essential to obtain the required authentication credentials from Westpay. This includes an Authentication Token and an API key. Please reach out to our dedicated support team to request these credentials, enabling you to securely access and utilize the API.

Production Environment

  • Note: Swagger documentation for the production environment is not publicly available.

Transitioning to the production environment allows merchants to offer a seamless payment experience to their customers. It is recommended to perform thorough testing in the demo environment before migrating to production to ensure a smooth transition.

Authentication

All API requests require two authentication credentials:

  • The provided access-token should be used for all API requests in the Authorization header as the Bearer token.
  • The provided merchant-subscription-key should be used for all API requests in the Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key header.
